The Ultimate Stampede was one of the first four monster trucks to race at Delta R/C and had great success battling against T-Maxxes and an occasional mod. Clod or other 'Pede:

| 3) Ultimate E-Maxx: Spyder |
The Spyder had a very rocky road in its early days on the racing circuit as it was never brought to the track with a tested, proven setup -- every time hitting the dirt was an experiment as the real race was to innovate as fast as possible. Nevertheless, she has brought home some goodies:

There once was a time when all of the J-SPEC cars were my own. Someone would rent one and I would run another, and they would complain that I had taken the faster car. So I'd switch cars with them and still whoop 'em. Today the class has grown to the point where less than 1/2 of the cars on the track most weekends are my own.

Well, the 4-Tec has only been on the track twice, in nearly stock form. Its first time out, though, it got 3rd place out of either 5 or 6 cars, not a bad start:

What The? Yes, that thing actually raced, believe it or not. It ran in 4WD Stock Sedan class, and got 4th place out of 6 cars, running some decent matched 2000mah cells and a P2K that had been discarded by the Ultimate Rustler. Go figure.
